About this event

This cooking class features a French-inspired menu: Soupe Crème Dubarry with Gruyère crostini, Parisian chicken with lemon beurre blanc and herb rice, asparagus and Gruyère tart, and Strawberries Romanoff. An instructor covers cooking techniques and presentation during the 2–3-hour class. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. The cost is $79.99 per person, excluding gratuity. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared equipment and preparation areas mean dishes cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
