About this event

This hands-on cooking class features Apple Bacon Salad, Maple Dijon Chicken, roasted garlic sweet potato mash, and white chocolate panna cotta with cranberry compote. The class lasts 2–3 hours, with instruction on cooking techniques and presentation. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and attendees may bring beer or wine; aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance. Gratuity is not included.
