This hands-on cooking class covers fresh pasta-making, searing filet mignon, and preparing a four-course menu: baked goat cheese salad, creamy mushroom balsamic pasta, filet mignon with roasted grape wine sauce, and sticky toffee pudding. Classes run 2–3 hours, with doors opening 30 minutes beforehand. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance.
