About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers paella techniques, including developing layers of flavor and preparing saffron rice. The menu includes a Brussels sprout and Manchego salad, chicken, shrimp and chorizo paella, honey-roasted carrots, and individual chocolate soufflés. Classes run 2–3 hours. Guests may bring beer or wine; gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance.
