About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers warm mushroom and Gruyère crostini, seared chicken and scallops with Champagne Dijon cream, brown butter Parmesan risotto, and caramel pear panna cotta. An instructor guides participants through cooking and presentation techniques during the 2–3-hour class. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand, and guests may bring beer or wine; glasses, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack are provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance.
