This hands-on cooking class includes warm beer cheese with toasted bread, braised beef French dip with homemade bread, and a salted caramel brownie sundae. The instructor covers knife use and care, preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques. Classes last 2–3 hours, with doors opening 30 minutes beforehand for socializing, hors d'oeuvres, and beer or wine brought by attendees. Gratuity is not included. Closed-toe shoes are required, and long hair should be tied back. Menu changes cannot be made during class; dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance.
