This hands-on cooking class covers techniques for building flavor and preparing a bourbon-focused menu, including bourbon apple and burrata crostini, seared filet mignon with bourbon pepper cream sauce, bourbon maple roasted sweet potatoes, and chocolate bourbon pecan bread pudding. Classes last 2–3 hours, with doors opening 30 minutes early for hors d’oeuvres and BYO beer or wine. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes are not available during class; dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance.
