About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers seasonal dishes including baby greens salad with apples, pecans and goat cheese; chicken Marsala; roasted garlic duchess sweet potatoes; and salted caramel apple crisp bars. The class lasts 2–3 hours, with doors opening 30 minutes beforehand. Guests may bring their own beer or wine; aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade and a snack are provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Notify Kitchen Social of dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours in advance; shared preparation areas mean allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed.
