About this event

This hands-on cooking class features a steakhouse-inspired menu of pear, blue cheese and candied pecan salad; filet mignon with rosemary red wine sauce; truffle Gouda potato gratin; and white chocolate panna cotta with cranberry compote. Classes run 2–3 hours and cover cooking techniques, knife skills, caramelization and presentation. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and attendees may bring beer or wine. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class; dietary restrictions or allergies should be reported 48 hours in advance.
