This 2–3-hour hands-on class covers making fresh lemon pepper fettuccine, preparing sauces, caramelizing ingredients, and presenting a meal. The menu includes warm whipped feta with hot honey and pistachios, fettuccine with golden herb chicken and roasted garlic Parmesan cream, charred broccoli with lemon brown butter, and salted caramel apple affogato. Admission is $79.99 per person, and gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class; attendees may bring beer or wine. Closed-toe shoes are required, and long hair should be tied back. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance.
