About this event

This hands-on cooking class costs $89.99 per person and includes instruction on roasting, pan sauces, risotto, and other cooking techniques. The menu includes roasted pear and burrata salad, herb-roasted Cornish game hen with white wine pan sauce, mushroom and Parmesan risotto, and salted caramel bread pudding with bourbon crème anglaise. Classes last 2–3 hours. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and attendees may bring beer or wine. Aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class; dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance. The kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes.
