This hands-on cooking class covers techniques for preparing a Southern-inspired meal with refined touches. The menu includes hot honey biscuits, roasted Cornish hen with apple cider thyme jus, maple-roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, truffle Gouda mac and cheese, and cranberry apple cobbler. Classes last 2–3 hours, and the kitchen opens 30 minutes early for guests to socialize and enjoy beer or wine they bring. Aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class; dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance.
