About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers seasonal techniques and includes whipped goat cheese and pear crostini, apple cider-glazed pork tenderloin, brown butter sweet potato gnocchi, and cranberry-orange panna cotta. An instructor guides participants through cooking and presentation during the 2- to 3-hour class. Doors open 30 minutes early, and attendees may bring beer or wine; aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Menu changes are not available during class.
