This hands-on cooking class teaches participants to prepare Beef Wellington, including seared beef, mushroom duxelles, prosciutto and puff pastry, served with peppercorn cream. The menu also includes chopped wedge salad with blue cheese, truffle Parmesan orzo and chocolate pot de crème. Classes last 2–3 hours, and doors open 30 minutes early. Participants may bring beer or wine; glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons and a snack are provided. The price is $89.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Menu changes are not available during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance.
