This 2–3-hour hands-on lunch class teaches participants to make fresh three-cheese ravioli with pomodoro cream, garlic butter chicken meatballs with rustic bread, and cannoli dip with cinnamon-sugar chips. The instructor covers pasta making, cooking techniques, presentation, and knife use and care. Admission is $69.99, and gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class; attendees may bring beer or wine. Long hair must be tied back, and closed-toe shoes are required. Menu changes are not available during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
